Return Policy

Returns:

1. 30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your baby carrier must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not meeting these criteria or showing signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

3. Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process. We may request this information to verify your purchase.

4. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at hello@cococarriers.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may experience delays in processing.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

6. Return Address: Once you have received an RA number, securely package the item and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

1. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

2. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including gift cards and promotional items.
